Matthew Birch is a freelance photographer and filmmaker from Western Australia sharing stories from the road less travelled.
"The camera became an outlet for me to express myself and to share my experiences as I try to understand more about the world we live in. With itchy feet and a passion for adventure and travel, I am inspired by both nature and the human experience. My work focusses on capturing pure and candid moments from the journeys that have expanded my mind and understanding of the world, documenting people, places and stories along the way through the mediums of photography and filmmaking. I am a visual storyteller and I want my work to celebrate this beautiful world we live in by bringing new insights and perspectives to others."
